Beginning Sourdough--Rustic Loaf (10/14)

If you've never made sourdough before, this is the class for you.  Learn to make your own starter from scratch, and the simple recipe that will help you find success making your own bread at home.  Steps-by-step recipe and theory of sourdough baking, and complete demonstration/taste testing.  This is a hands-on, small class.  You will take home 1 cup of your own fully active "old" sourdough starter in a glass mason jar.  This class is appropriate for older teens and adults.  There is no childcare available.  Thank you!
