Christmas Chai

Whole leaf, black tea with the warm flavor of chai spices.  What makes it Christmas-y? Orange peel and star anise to remind us of biscochitos, plus all the other warm spices of a real chai tea: cinnamon, pepper corn, cardamom, all spice, ginger, whole clove.

Steep 1 tablespoonful of tea in 8 ounces of boiled water for 10 minutes.  Strain and add milk or half-and-half and maybe a little honey.
