Intermediate Sourdough--Ancient Grain Loaf (10/29)

Make the least processed, most nutrient dense bread for your family: This class will cover making a more difficult 100% whole grain bread from home-milled ancient grain flour.  We will cover recipes, measurements by weight, calculating and deciding on hydration levels, and much more.  Includes complete hands-on demonstration/taste testing.  You'll take home 1 cup of your own fully active "old" sourdough starter in a glass mason jar.  This is a longer class and requires some standing.  This class is appropriate for older teens and adults.  There is no childcare available.  Thank you!
