Vegetable Fermentation (01/23)

Vegetable fermentation!  Hands on, simple fermentation methods for vegetable preservation.  Preserve vegetables, increase nutrition profile, create gut-healthy probiotic foods with simple methods and no fancy equipment!  We will make fermented cabbage (sauerkraut) and beets and you'll take home a glass jar of each to continue the ferment at home. This class is held in Corrales, NM.  Location details will be sent when registration is complete.
